Who we are
A product team that also publishes research.
We build software that aggregates international job listings and helps people track applications. The blog, Career Journey chapters, and free tools sit next to that product so the same questions — visas, pay, resumes — have a public answer.
Global Job Scanner editorial is the byline on that material. It is the people who maintain the product and the datasets behind the tools, not a roster of guest columnists. If a piece needs a specialist review, we say so and date it.

Official immigration portals, labour statistics, public salary filings, and current job-ad language — not recycled listicles.

If we claim a filter or a figure exists in Global Job Scanner, we verify it in the live app before the page ships.

Visa and salary pages carry a last-reviewed month. When policy or market data moves, we update the copy and the date together.

The visa checker and sponsorship guides are research tools. They are not legal advice and they are not a substitute for an embassy, licensed adviser, or immigration attorney.
Short-stay outcomes in the checker are compiled from publicly documented entry rules (official immigration sites, IATA-style summaries, and embassy pages) and re-checked on a scheduled pass. Bilateral deals and emergency bans can change overnight.
Sponsorship articles explain employer process and where to look — they do not guarantee a petition, a lottery outcome, or a visa grant. Always confirm with the destination country's official immigration portal before you book travel or resign.
Salary data

Ranges in the salary checker are market estimates in local currency. They are not an offer, a contract, or a promise of what any employer will pay you.
Figures are aggregated from public job postings, compensation surveys, and employer-stated bands, then shown at entry / mid / senior bands. Exchange rates are snapshots (currently Q1 2026). Actual pay depends on the company, your skills, and negotiation.
Use the checker to compare cities. Confirm against live listings and, where it exists, official wage data for the role and location.
