1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Global Job Scanner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Use of Service

Global Job Scanner is a search aggregation tool. We do not host job listings directly but index them from various sources across the web.

You agree that:

  • You will use the service only for lawful purposes.
  • You will not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or harm the service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
  • You will not use the service if you are located in a country subject to US Treasury OFAC comprehensive sanctions (currently: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Belarus, Sudan).

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

3.1 Available Plans

Global Job Scanner offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Explorer (Free): 10 searches/month, 10 saved jobs. No payment required.
  • Professional: $5/month or $30/year. 50 searches/month, 100 saved jobs, CSV export, Applications Dashboard.
  • Executive: $10/month or $60/year. 100 searches/month, 1,000 saved jobs, CSV export, Applications Dashboard.

3.2 Recurring Billing Disclosure

IMPORTANT — AUTOMATIC RENEWAL NOTICE: Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You will receive a receipt for each charge.

3.3 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Managing your membership directly through the payment platform where you subscribed.
  • Contacting us at support@globaljobscanner.com and we will process the cancellation within 2 business days.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

3.4 Refund Policy

We offer refunds as follows:

  • Monthly plans: If you cancel within 48 hours of your initial subscription charge or any renewal charge, you may request a full refund for that billing period by contacting support.
  • Annual plans: If you cancel within 14 days of your initial annual charge, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable.
  • One-time supporter payments (Buy Me a Coffee): These are non-refundable as they are voluntary support payments.

To request a refund, email support@globaljobscanner.com with your order details.

3.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price change before it affects your subscription. Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

3.6 Account Data on Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your account is downgraded to the Explorer (free) plan. Your saved jobs are retained but trimmed to the Explorer plan limit (10 jobs) at the start of the next billing cycle. You may export your saved jobs as CSV before cancelling to preserve your full list.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on Global Job Scanner are provided on an 'as is' basis. Global Job Scanner makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Global Job Scanner does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any job listings displayed. Job listings are sourced from third-party platforms and may be outdated, duplicated, or inaccurate. Always verify listings directly with the employer.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Global Job Scanner or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is established, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
